Design Criteria
The Graham Company is one of the largest insurance brokers in the United States. With an exclusive focus on Property and Casualty Insurance, they serve clients with complex risks in diverse industries worldwide. Cenero was tasked with creating a ‘first class’ conference and training facility that would impress both customers and potential clients.
Solutions
Cenero designed three distinct conference, boardroom and divisible training room spaces that helped leverage existing presentations, spreadsheets, etc. on audio visual systems that were highly functional, but also ‘blended-in’ to be aesthetically pleasing. Multiple laptop and PC connections built into the tables allow for multiple users to display personal data on the displays. The rooms also featured installed audio conferencing capabilities with multiple microphones seamlessly integrated into the table for better overall reproduction of both near and far end voices. All functions, including the lighting and shades, are controlled via wireless color touch panel.

As a result, The Graham Company now presents and trains far more often than in previous years yielding better customer relations and a higher retention.
