Audio Visual Solutions for Executive Conference Rooms

Design Criteria

Huntsworth Health Global is an advertising and marketing firm that focuses on healthcare communications. When relocating their corporate headquarters in Philadelphia, PA., they needed to build several rooms which accommodated large company wide meetings, but could be separated for smaller simultaneous client/customer meetings. Multimedia Systems were new to this organization so ease of use and flexibility was a must. Image quality, color and clarity were a must so the system had to reproduce images which were virtually identical to the original.

Solutions

Two identical rooms were designed for VCR, DVD, and computer presentations to both internal personnel and external clients. A control system automates and simplifies the functions of the systems allowing virtually anyone in the company to seamlessly operate the system. The architect demanded a \"clean\" environment absent of all cables, connectors, and hardware. Cenero answered by utilizing special cables and connectors which were virtually invisible to the environment. Teleconferencing systems coupled with a web browser and projection display allow for real time collaboration of documents, presentation, spreadsheets, etc. with their other offices.

Benefits

The net result of Cenero's design... Huntsworth Health Global was able to better present materials and presentations in both physical and virtual environments, collaborate data with their subsidiary offices, and improve overall corporate communications. The systems are easy to use therefore maintenance and support are kept to a minimum.
